Department of painting conducted a three-day Value added studio-workshop for the students of MFA Painting in the Department premises.

Department of Painting identified Banda Suresh as the mentor for the value added workshop exclusively conducted for the MFA students to augment new artistic skills to meet the demands of the art world and preparing them to take up professional art after their course. About 11 students participated in the workshop and many of the BFA students got a chance to interact and share the creative ideas with the expert mentor and produced conceptual art forms. The students were engaged in creating site-specific installations and Video Art and the outcome culminated into a interactive art display in the Nehru Art Gallery for three days.
