International Women’s Day – 2018 function was held at JNAFAU Auditorium on March 14^th 2018. The Chief Guest Dr. Sujata S. Govada, Architect and Urban Designer is an alumna of the institution. Prof. Kavita Deuskar, Professor in Painting (retired) and Prof. Kavita Daryani Rao, who were both awarded by the Telangana State Government on the occasion of International Women’s Day on March 8^th 2018 were felicitated. Chief Guest, Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, and distinguished guests spoke on the occasion about Women’s Rights, Success, achievements, including contribution by Women in various fields of competition and development of a Nation and also role of women in Indian Society.
