A lecture was organized by DAP , IQAC for students of SPA JNAFAU and affiliated Colleges, students of all departments of SPA, JNAFAU. The lecture was delivered by Ar.Raghava Prasad Vipparti, a successful architect, practiced Traditional Architecture by keeping the cultural identity in all the projects designed in different climatic contexts. The presentation was based on the journey of the architect retaining the culture of the region, designed a lot of structures with respect to climatic conditions. The Courtyard houses of West Godavari region are being restored and protected by the architect Vipparti. The students are encouraged to learn how to do case study and document the structures under expert guidance. Techniques to maintain the structure were also discussed in the presentation.
