Building Services Engineering (BSE) is a specialized field focused on designing, installing, and maintaining systems like HVAC, electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection to ensure buildings are functional, safe, and sustainable. It combines mechanical, electrical, and environmental engineering principles, enabling BSE professionals to collaborate with architects and contractors across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Their work delivers efficient solutions that meet occupant needs, environmental standards, and regulations, transforming structures into livable spaces.

The curriculum is made modern by integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and the Internet of Things (IoT) with traditional building services, preparing students in just 4 years to create smart, future-ready buildings.

Course Structure – The curriculum is structured for four years and is divided into eight semesters. includes field visits and internship in professional organisation.
