A Step-by-Step Procedure
Students applying for Undergraduate courses may download Application Forms (Form IS20 & Form IS22) available on this website. Students applying for Ph.D & Research Programme may download Application Form (IS21) available on this website. The filled in application forms should be submitted along with cost of application form USD 50 of each form. The student also enclose Fee towards Registration, Processing of application through Cheque/Demand Draft in favour of "The Director, IRC, JNAFAU, Hyderabad", as shown in the fee structure for International Students on the website.
When to Apply? Filled in applications for Under Graduate courses are accepted at any time from the month of May of each year till the commencement of the classes. Filled in applications for Post Graduate/ Research Programmes are accepted at any time from the month of August of each year till the commencement of the Programmes.
Enclosures to the Application: The following Certificates/Documents are to be enclosed to the application:
Two attested copies of the marks sheet of the qualifying examination (certified translated version in English)
- Two attested copies of the Degree Certificate of the qualifying examination (certified translated version in English)
- A copy of the syllabus/curriculum of their UG/PGDegree (certified translated version in English)
- Two copies of the passport of the student
- A non-refundable Demand Draft towards Application fee + Processing fee in favour of The Director, IRC, JNAFAU, Hyderabad, (The processing fee is specified in the Fee structure column)
Note: Attestation of all the certificates shall be done by one of the following:
a) Indian Embassy at the student's country or
b) Student's country Mission in India or
c) Ministry of Education in student's country.
To ensure speedy processing of applications candidates are instructed to send the asked-for information as a complete set.
