Financial Structure:
The maintenance grants are received from the Government of Andhra Pradesh in addition AICTE and UGC support some developmental projects. Further the University generates finances through self-supporting programmes and consultancy services.
Land Area :
JNA & FA University is located in prime area in heart of the City of Hyderabad the ‘historical, ‘ever growing’ and ‘most happening’ Capital of Andhra Pradesh. The Campus is of about 4.8 Acres and is making its efforts to procure more land in the outskirts of Hyderabad.

College of Fine Arts 45,000 Sq.ft.
Infrastructure:
JNA & FA University is located very near to the State Secretariat Government of Andhra Pradesh and connected with all kinds of transportation. It is accessible to all Railway Stations, Bus Stations, Hotels of all kinds and centres of Art and Architecture activities.
JNA & FA University has well established Labs, Studios and Workshops and constant efforts are put to improve them continuously.
Foreign Students ;
Government has given permission to the University to extend admission to Foreign students in case any seats are left out after giving priority to the local people. presently there are some Foreign students studying in the Campus.
Modernization :
Computer automation is almost all full in the University administration and presently School of Planning and Architecture is facilitated with Wireless network.
Hostel :
Presently JNA & FA University has a Boys Hostel located in prime place and hub of activity of Hyderabad i.e. in Abids which can accommodate about 200 students. It is proposed to raise the building to another two floors to accommodate more.
It is proposed to construct a Guest House and a girls hostel and Art Gallery in the Masab Tank Campus.

The Academic Senate advises the Executive Council on matters relating to the faculty, curriculum and evaluation methods.
BOS
Different faculties have Boards of Studies headed by a Chairman and Members drawn from academics and industry. The Director of Academic & Planning is the Convener for all the BOS of the University. All the decisions of the BOS will be put to Academic Senate for its approval.
Planning & Monitoring Board
The Planning & Monitoring Board shall be the principal planning and reviewing body and it shall also arrange for periodical monitoring of the development programmes and teaching and research in the University.
Finance Committee
The Finance Committee advises on all matters relating to the finances and budget of the University.
Selection Committee
All faculty positions are filled on the recommendation of a duly constituted selection committee.
